Returns, Claims & Damages

Return items must be authorized in advance. There may be up to a 20% restocking fee depending on specific circumstances. All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase. All orders of special size, thickness, face, cut or non-stock items, may not be cancelled once placed and acceptance by Balmoral Lumber. We assume no responsibility for damage of goods in transit by the purchaser. Damaged material must be identified and reported to Balmoral Lumber within 48 hours received. Any damage caused by handling, improper storage, installation or finishing are the responsibility of the purchaser.


ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY BALMORAL LUMBER WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF BALMORAL LUMBER UNTIL PAID IN FULL. FOR SETTLEMENT OF DELINQUENT OR BANKRUPT ACCOUNTS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPOSSESS ANY OR ALL PRODUCTS.
